The Bakehouse Art Complex (BAC) has provides talented artists with the opportunity to creatively explore and develop their artistic endeavors. The uniqueness of the BAC is its ability to provide an engaging environment to its artists by inspiring and encouraging each other, and informing and attracting new artists. Currently comprised of over 65 working artist studios, two galleries, project room, classroom, print room, photo lab, ceramic kiln area, woodworking and welding areas, the extensive facility offerings allow artists to discover, cross-over or integrate new media into their work.
Open 7 days a week, BAC offers patrons a rare glimpse into the artists' creative world and an opportunity for visitors to meet our culturally diverse and talented community of artists! With monthly rotating exhibitions, the BAC attracts and involves new audiences into the contemporary and culturally enriching world of the visual arts, and continues to be an accessible vital resource to the diverse and dynamic South Florida art community and its patrons.
